1:1 Leadership Coaching

Less cope.
More hope more wisdom more wins.

Most leadership advice is a tactic wearing a trench coat. This is slower and it goes further down: the unhurried work of seeing your life clearly, leading from something solid, and building a pace you could actually hold for twenty years.

Private 1:1. A small roster, by design.

Live from. Not for.

Everything here rests on one distinction. You can work for acceptance, chasing a verdict that never quite arrives — or from it, having already received one. Same hours. Same standards. Same hard conversation. Entirely different person doing the work.

01 Identity  ·  who you are underneath

You are not what you produce.

From given worth. Not for earned worth.

The role, the revenue, the reputation. Useful things, terrible foundations. Most leaders I meet have quietly fused their sense of self to their output, and the arrangement holds right up until it doesn't. This is the work of separating the two: naming the identity you've been operating from, tracing where it was installed, and rebuilding on ground that bears weight when the results don't cooperate. Belonging and attachment aren't soft topics. They're structural.

  • We exploreIdentity, calling, belonging, and the stories running underneath both.
  • You getA self that isn't up for renegotiation every quarter.
02 Leadership  ·  what you do with power

Redemptive leadership.

From abundance. Not for control.

Authority isn't the problem. What you do with it is the entire question. Redemptive leadership means spending your power to make people and things whole rather than merely useful, and absorbing cost on behalf of the people you lead instead of passing it down to them. It's a harder standard than most servant-leadership sloganeering, and a much more durable one. We'll work it out on your actual decisions, not on the abstraction.

  • We exploreAuthority, presence, stewardship, and the cost you carry versus transfer.
  • You getLeadership your team experiences as safe and your competitors experience as formidable.
03 Wisdom  ·  how you decide

For the decisions with no playbook.

From conviction. Not for defensibility.

Transitions. Forks. The offer you can't evaluate on a spreadsheet. The season that's ending before the next one has started. More information doesn't help here; discernment does. We slow the decision down enough to see what's actually being asked of you, surface the assumptions quietly driving it, and find the path you can walk with conviction rather than the one you can merely defend.

  • We exploreDiscernment, transitions, high-stakes calls, conviction under real uncertainty.
  • You getDecisions you don't relitigate at three in the morning.
04 Pace  ·  the life the work serves

Peace is a practice, not a payoff.

From rest. Not for rest.

You will not arrive at rest by finishing. There is no finishing. Contentment and presence get built the same way capacity does: on purpose, in rhythm, ahead of the need. So we design yours. Sustainable patterns of work, rest, and attention that let you be genuinely present where you already are, starting at home, where your absence costs the most and shows the least.

  • We exploreRhythm, rest, contentment, presence, and the life all this was supposed to serve.
  • You getA pace you could hold for twenty years.
05 Foundation  ·  where I'm coming from

Faith is the foundation, not the filter.

From grace. Not for approval.

I'm a Christian, and it isn't decoration on this work. It's the source of what I believe about people: that you were made on purpose, that you are not reducible to your output, and that broken things can be genuinely made new rather than merely managed. You don't have to share any of that to work with me, and I won't smuggle it past you. What I will do is tell you plainly what's under the floor you're standing on.

  • FormatPrivate 1:1 sessions on a standing cadence, held over months rather than weeks.
  • ForLeaders after wisdom, not another tactic.

You don't have to earn this conversation either.

Coaching starts with one conversation and no obligation on either side. Tell me what you're carrying. I'm serious about fit, and I'll give you my honest read either way.
